Internal Monitoring
All participating universities will carry out internal monitoring. A committee (Quality Assurance Committee –QAC-) will be created and will be composed of one member of each participating university. Internal monitoring will also include an Internal Project Quality Assurance Strategy (IPQAS). Such a strategy ensures that the project’s objectives and tasks (work packages) are being obtained. The QAC will meet regularly and annually to set up project quality standards, procedures and reports; to discuss and assess the progress of the project; to monitor the activities of all participating universities; to solve problems that may arise during the development of the project.
External Monitoring
It includes the assessment of project implementation such as efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability. An external monitoring committee will be created and will be composed of experts in quality and gender issues.
Benchmarks will be those that each university has already established in their access and achievement policies.

Criterion 1: High Diploma Organization
Indicators: Preparation; Methodology, materials and resources; adaptation and translation.
Evidence: Deliverables of work packages (WP) 1, 2 and 6; accreditation applications for each university to their ministries (in the case of public universities) or rector´s office (in the case of private universities, WP1).

Criterion 4. Academic staff (trainers)
Indicators: the professional profile of academic staff and whether their teaching commitment is sufficient and suitable to the characteristics of the higher diploma. An additional indicator is the number of enrolled students.

Criterion 5. Material resources and services
Indicators: Material resources and their technological infrastructures allow for the development of educational activities as well as the acquisition of higher Diploma competencies; the internship has been planned according to foreseen aspects and is appropriate for the acquisition of higher diploma competences.
Evidence: Teaching/educational guides; description of the technological platform and other teaching and educational resources; list of participant organizations where the internship will take place; follow up reports of teachers in charge of the internships; list of students participating in the internship.
